Just because evil is evil to evil, it does not stop evil being evil and so nothing stops Republicans being Republican.
Georgia was “ground zero” for Republican voter suppression efforts in the U.S., and in September the ACLU of Georgia revealed 198,000 voters had been wrongly purged from the voting rolls. In November patriotic supporters of decency turned out in huge numbers to defeat those efforts. GOP fraud failed. The Biden Harris ticket won because of huge voter turnout. That huge turnout broke the GOP voter suppression tactics.
Because the people broke GOP voter suppression, the GOP failed Trump, so Trump is attacking Brad Raffensperger. Too many of us are seeing him as a hero because of Traitor Trump’s attacks. Raffensperger is no hero. He is just as disgusting as Republicans like Brian Kemp. He simply failed Dear Leader.

Raffensperger is being perceived as some kind of hero. The truth of the matter is, he just simply doesn’t want to go to jail. He doesn’t want to cross over into this new territory that Trump is asking him to do to really be able to unravel — it’s too much. It’s too big of a mountain to climb. The truth of the matter is, he’s done everything in his office — he’s abused — an abuse of power, everything in his office, to make sure that he gave Trump the best possible — and the Republicans, the best possible opportunity to be able to steal this election,
The legal efforts to reverse the purge ahead of the runoffs failed. The Democratic vote will continue to be suppressed. Now of course it is coincidental that many people on that list are African American voters.
We beat the GOP by turning out. Rapepublicans beat decency by suppressing the vote. Again, as LaTosha Brown of Black Votes Matter said
I think what you saw in November is that we were able to overcome the voter suppression that happened in the state. And I’m hoping that today, what I’m feeling in terms of energy, as soon as I get off this interview with you all, I’m putting on my Black Voters Matter sweater, we’re getting on the Blackest bus in America, and we’re hitting those streets again.
So GOP, yes discuss electoral security. Let’s put everything on the table. The electoral college. Fully auditable paper backed voting machines, having sufficient numbers of ballots, machines, polling places, early polling days, even voter ID. It should take minutes to vote, not hours. Election security have been issues for Democrats for years. Make the discussion as wide as possible and involve greens, libertarians and small parties.
Here’s hoping the patriotic supporters of decency overcome GOP fraud and they managed yet again to defeat the party of death, corruption and disease that is Cult Trump. Even if they haven’t congratulations and thank you to Jon Ossoff, Reverend Raphael Warnock, Stacey Abrams and the good people of Georgia.
